Darsie is the director of Alaska and Canada Programs. He has been guiding in Alaska for sixteen years. Darsie has guided on Mt. McKinley, Aconcagua, Kilimanjaro, in Nepal, Costa Rica, and Utah. He has led two private expeditions to Mt. Fairweather. In 1998 he led a 25-day ski mountaineering expedition from Mt. Fairweather over the ice cap to Haines. Darsie is also an accomplished rafting guide. He has guided river trips in Ethiopia, Pakistan, Tanzania, Costa Rica, and Alaska. Darsie is a graduate of Western Washington University.
